The Minnesota Ballpark Authority (MBA) was created by the 2006 Legislature to oversee the design, construction and operation of the new Minnesota Twins ballpark. The MBA consists of five Commissioners appointed by the Governor (2), Hennepin County (2) and the City of Minneapolis (1).
