TARGET PLAZA EXTENSION
Target Plaza was extended across 2nd Avenue and the 394-offramp, all the way to 1st Avenue - creating a seamless connection with little change in elevation, compared to the steps that would otherwise be needed.
This project was funded by the Minnesota Twins and the Minnesota Ballpark Authority.
